About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
3. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize office events
4. Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks
5. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
6. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
7. Support HR and accounts teams with basic admin tasks
8. Greet visitors and ensure a professional front-desk experience
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred)
2. Show strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Communicate fluently in written and verbal English
4. Display proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively
