We’re looking for a Gallery Operations Coordinator to join our team at ArtFlute, an online art gallery based in Bangalore.You’ll play a key role in making sure everything from order execution to artist coordination and customer support runs with care and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with artists and vendors to manage orders, packaging, and deliveries
- Support the finance team with invoices, billing checks, and GST tracking
- Keep our artwork inventory and catalogues updated
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist the sales team
- Help maintain smooth relationships with artists, customers, and partners

- You enjoy coordination, follow-ups, and process management
- You’re comfortable using tools like Excel, email, and Canva (or willing to learn)
