About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate transportation schedules and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing delivery routes to reduce transportation costs
2. Assist in managing the full supply chain process, ensuring the timely movement of goods and materials
3. Support the procurement process by identifying suppliers, requesting quotes, and placing orders for materials and supplies
4. Oversee inventory control by tracking stock levels, performing regular audits, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records
5. Handle the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and overseeing the timely processing of goods through international shipping channels
6. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and procurement activities
7. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely service delivery
