About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in the day-to-day trade lifecycle: order execution, settlement coordination, KYC and Demat account update, etc
2. Assist in coordinating the trade flows, corporate actions, and account adjustments
3. Perform basic reconciliations of client ledgers, DP holdings, and bank accounts
4. Assist in the execution and documentation of pay-in/pay-out processes
5. Learn and support margin pledging and DDPI/TPIN authorization flows
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and KYC compliance
7. Respond to operational queries from internal stakeholders
8. Help maintain SOPs and assist in documenting key process flows
9. Work closely with the Product/Tech teams to flag recurring issues and suggest improvements
10. Support process automation initiatives and data validation tasks
