About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Track and coordinate tasks across content and course teams with ASANA.
2. Keep project trackers and timelines updated, and check weekly progress.
3. Run weekly check-ins and create weekly/monthly progress reports.
4. Write SOPs and document all regular systems and workflows.
5. Talk with team members to get updates, find blockers, and provide support.
6. Make sure people follow through on routine tasks and hit targets.
7. Act as the execution bridge between the founder and the team.
