About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Accurately process SKU orders in the warehouse management system
2. Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
3. Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding order status and inquiries
5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns professionally and effectively
6. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
7. Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations
8. Maintain accurate records and reports related to orders
9. Participate in offline marketing activities, such as trade shows, events, and promotional activities
10. Represent the company professionally and engage potential clients
11. Provide feedback on marketing efforts and suggest improvements
12 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing
