About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls using our dialer system to UK-based prospects.
2. Present and promote products/services in a persuasive yet professional manner.
3. Follow the provided sales script while adapting to customer conversations naturally.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
6. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
7. Work closely with the Quality Analysts to continuously improve call quality.
8. Keep up-to-date with campaign requirements, offers, and product knowledge.
