About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across META Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, Reddit, etc.).
2. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.)
3. Perform daily monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, audiences, copy, landing pages, and CTAs.
4. Collaborate with design and content teams to conceptualize and produce high-converting ad creatives and copy.
5. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities.
6. Maintain and optimize sales funnels, pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and event tracking via tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
7. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
8. Manage ad budgets efficiently with a focus on ROAS and customer LTV.
9. Test and explore new platforms and tools for scaling paid performance.
10. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry best practices, and performance marketing innovations.
