About the Job
We're looking for a creative and skilled Photographer & Video Editor to bring our content to life across platforms! You'll lead the production of online course videos, social media content, and promotional campaigns—both behind the camera and on the editing desk. If you're passionate about storytelling through visuals, have an eye for detail, and enjoy creating impactful, educational, and engaging content, we want you on board.Key responsibilities:
A. Photography
1. Capture high-quality photographs during events, student interactions, campus activities, and faculty shoots.
2. Take professional headshots and editorial images for websites, brochures, and press releases.
3. Maintain and organize digital archives of all photography work.
B. Video Editing (Course & Marketing)
1. Edit recorded course videos with clean cuts, overlays, transitions, branded elements, and subtitles.
2. Sync audio & video, improve clarity, and remove background noise.
3. Create promotional videos for course launches, feature updates, and internal events.
C. Social Media Content Creation
1. Produce short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
2. Repurpose long videos into engaging micro-content.
3. Add trending music, transitions, and motion graphics to boost engagement.
D. Video Shooting & Direction
1. Assist and lead shoots—framing, lighting, directing speakers or instructors.
2. Use DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic sound equipment.
E. Post-Production & File Management
1. Perform color correction, basic motion graphics, and maintain organized media libraries.
2. Export and optimize videos/photos for various platforms and aspect ratios.
