About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, pitch, and onboard new hiring partners across industries focusing on finance, accounting, analytics, and tech
2. Use strong communication and sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads into active recruiters
3. Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and recruitment heads
4. Drive monthly student placements by actively coordinating hiring opportunities and interview processes
5. Work with students to assess readiness, guide them on job profiles, and prepare them for success
6. Match student profiles to job roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure swift offer closures
7. Achieve placement targets of minimum 20 new companies onboarded and 25 students placed per month
8. Report weekly on pipeline progress, placement closures, and hiring partner feedback
9. Coordinate with internal academic and training teams to align placement readiness
10. Deliver timely updates and maintain clear communication with students and employers
11. Represent the organization in hiring drives, virtual job fairs, and employer meetings
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong sales acumen with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, or campus recruitment
2. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills that are persuasive, professional, and confident
3. Prefer prior experience in corporate relations, student placement, sales, business development, or recruitment consulting
4. Display a resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven personality with high ownership
5. Handle pressure, rejections, and multitasking efficiently
