About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential leads via LinkedIn, web tools, and internal databases
2. Execute outbound communication through emails, cold calls, and social platforms
3. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
4. Maintain and update lead data in CRM platforms
5. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach efforts
6. Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Requirements:
1. Possess 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
2. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Show familiarity with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms
4. Be proactive, target-driven, and highly organized
5. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
