About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handling customer service queries via calls professionally and efficiently
2. Engaging in telesales, with a minimum of 6 months of telesales experience or 1 year in customer service
3. Communicating effectively with customers in English, and any of Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam
4. Working in rotational shifts (9-hour shifts) as required by the business
Requirements:
1. Being flexible with rotational weekly offs
2. Freshers from 2024/2025 batches with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
