About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and execute photography sessions to capture details, features, and unique qualities of jewellery items
2. Collaborate with the creative team to style products based on lighting, composition, and branding requirements
3. Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to enhance clarity, color accuracy, and visual appeal
4. Review and ensure all product images meet quality standards for sharpness, exposure, and consistency
5. Organize and manage a comprehensive image library with proper naming conventions and metadata
6. Coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, and design teams to align product imagery with branding strategies
7. Maintain photography equipment including cameras, lenses, and lighting tools to ensure optimal performance
8. Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to introduce innovative ideas and improve product presentation
Requirements:
1. Present a portfolio showcasing photography skills with a focus on jewellery products
2. Hold a degree (12th, Bachelor's, or Master's) in photography or a related field preferred
3. Demonstrate proficiency in using professional photography equipment and image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
4. Apply strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
5. Maintain high attention to detail and the ability to correct image imperfections
6. Manage and catalog large volumes of images with strong organizational skills
7. Communicate effectively to collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Bring previous experience in commercial, e-commerce, or jewellery photography as an added advantage
