Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention rates
2. Collaborate with admissions team to create and execute marketing campaigns
3. Conduct sales presentations to prospective students and their families
4. Track program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
5. Train and mentor admissions staff on best practices for student recruitment
6. Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
7. Represent the institute at events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote programs
