Key responsibilities:1. Oversee day-to-day development tasks and project milestones
2. Manage a team of 10–12 MERN stack interns, assign tasks, and track performance
3. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
4. Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and assist in debugging
5. Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align technical output with business goals
6. Maintain clear documentation of tasks, project progress, and issue tracking
