4. Follow-up & coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups and schedule property visits based on client convenience and interest.
5. Client service excellence: Provide exceptional service throughout the buying journey, with a focus on achieving successful deal closures.
6. Market awareness: Stay informed about the latest property launches, market trends, and competitor activities to deliver valuable insights.
7. CRM & data management: Maintain well-organized and accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
8. Sales support: Assist clients throughout the entire property acquisition process to ensure a seamless and informed experience.
9. Target achievement: Actively contribute to meeting individual and team sales goals, supporting overall business growth.
10. Transparent communication: Present clear, honest, and detailed information about available real estate offerings to help clients make confident decisions.
