About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle the purchase of software licenses, internet plans, and service subscriptions
2. Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing, credit terms, and warranties.
3. Maintain records of purchases, stock levels, vendor details, and billing.
4. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to understand service requirements
5. Track renewals of service contracts, AMC's, and warranties.
6. Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
7. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and client SLAs.
8. Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and stock movement summaries.
9. Source and procure items like routers, switches, access points, firewalls, servers, cables, and other network/IT devices.
