About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases
2. Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing
3. Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, ClickUp or similar
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members to ensure quality releases
5. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, etc
6. Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
7. Ensure test coverage for eCommerce flows like checkout, cart, product listings, and payments
8. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA process improvements
10. Stay updated with QA tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements:
1. Have 0-1 years QA experience preferably in the eCommerce domain
2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
3. Use manual and automated testing tools effectively
4. Work with Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or similar tools
5. Show familiarity with Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress or other eCommerce platforms
6. Conduct API testing using Postman or REST-assured
7. Understand version control systems like Git
8. Apply basic knowledge of MySQL or SQL
9. Operate within Agile or Scrum methodologies
10. Know basics of performance and security testing including tools like Burp Suite
