4. Follow-up & scheduling: Conduct timely follow-ups and efficiently coordinate site visits to support clients in their decision-making process.
5. Project communication: Provide clients with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information about current real estate projects.
6. Client service excellence: Ensure a high standard of service throughout the sales process, aiming for strong conversion rates and successful closures.
7. Market intelligence: Stay informed about new project launches, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
8. CRM management: Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions and progress across the sales pipeline.
9. End-to-end support: Guide clients throughout the entire property acquisition process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and informed experience.
