Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated leads.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide project details over call, WhatsApp, and email.
3. Schedule site visits with the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.
4. Maintain and update the CRM with lead status and follow-up actions.
5. Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure a smooth process.
6. Share project brochures, pricing, and offers with interested customers.
7. Build strong client relationships to increase the conversion ratio.
