6. Keep up-to-date with new property launches, current market dynamics, and competitor developments.
7. Maintain well-organized and accurate records of client communications and sales pipeline activity.
8. Guide clients through each phase of the property buying journey to ensure a smooth and informed experience.
9. Work proactively to meet individual and team sales targets, supporting overall business growth.
10. Share detailed, transparent, and reliable information about all real estate offerings.
