About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Meet potential clients in person to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences
2. Conduct site visits and property tours, explaining key features, pricing, floor plans, and locality benefits
3. Follow up with walk-in clients and referrals to ensure timely communication and lead conversion
4. Coordinate with the telecalling/CRM team to manage scheduled site visits and daily follow-ups
5. Negotiate prices, offers, and payment plans with clients, aligning with company policies and approvals
6. Stay updated on all available inventory, including units, towers, payment plans, possession dates, and project developments
7. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure referrals, repeat business, and long-term engagement
