Key responsibilities:1. Engage with walk-in, inbound, and referred clients to understand their property requirements.
2. Present suitable projects, explain configurations, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
3. Conduct and coordinate site visits for clients.
4. Maintain follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
5. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
7. Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
