About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential leads generated from campaigns, portals, or referrals to explain real estate project details
2. Understand customer needs (budget, location, property type) and filter qualified buyers
3. Share project information like pricing, amenities, location, and site visit timings clearly over phone and WhatsApp
4. Schedule site visits by coordinating with the client and field sales team
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until they visit the site or convert into bookings
6. Update and manage CRM tools (like Excel) with daily call remarks, client status, and visit schedules
7. Handle incoming inquiries from online ads, property portals, or WhatsApp and respond quickly
8. Build rapport with clients and maintain a polite and professional tone in all conversations
9. Send WhatsApp messages, brochures, videos, and project details to clients after the call for better understanding
10. Report daily calling performance (calls made, site visits fixed, follow-ups done) to team leads or managers
