About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
4. Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
6. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
7. Assist various departments as needed
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (preferred)
2. Show proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Communicate fluently in verbal and written English
4. Maintain a customer-focused approach with a pleasant personality
5. Exhibit multitasking and time-management skills
6. Present a professional appearance and attitude
