About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Source applicants for associate/niche IT and BPO positions
2. Call applicants and take a prescreening round (40-50 calls a day)
3. Shortlist applicants as per their prescreening score
4. Coordinate between the hiring manager and candidate, and ensure prescreened applicants show up on site for the interview process
5. Prepare and update hiring reports, ATS, trackers, and other data points
