We at Suha HR Consultancy, located at Sector 22, Kamothe, Dist - Panvel looking for an HR Consultant.Designation: HR Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and screening candidates from Naukri portal, Job Hai, linked in etc.
2. Creating artworks for job postings and publishing the same on different platforms.
3. Handling job postings on different sites.
4. Scheduling interviews of the candidates, taking follow-ups for feedback.
5. Following up for offer letter, offer negotiations, document collection, etc.
6. Reporting to the senior.
7. Searching the clients on different job portals.
8. Creating a database of clients.
9. Approaching the clients for recruitment, PF, ESIC, Payroll, HR Operations outsourcing work.
10. Sending agreements and taking follow-ups.
Job Type: Full-Time
Office time: 10 AM to 6 PM
Weekly off: Sundays Or Tuesdays
