Who you are:
1. You have an MBA or a master’s in psychology (full-time only!)
2. Your background is in sales, marketing, or recruitment
3. You’re a natural connector—people remember you, and you know how to make an impression
4. You’re endlessly curious, love reading about startups and business, and stay updated on the latest hiring trends
