About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
2. Call potential leads, understand their needs, and convert them into course enrollments
3. Handle incoming calls, resolve client concerns promptly, and provide regular updates
4. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (category, marketing, product) to deliver seamless service
5. Maintain accurate records, track engagement, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
1. Possess 0–1 years of experience in relationship or account management
2. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Maintain a customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude
4. Handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Show proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
