Key responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
5. Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress in the CRM system.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, delivery) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients.
