Key responsibilities:1. Conduct accurate gold valuation by verifying purity, identifying stones, and avoiding spurious ornaments.
2. Perform KYC verification and complete customer registration in the system.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing.
4. Support customer onboarding, relationship management, renewals, and referrals.
5. Handle customer queries during loan processing.
6. Contribute to business development activities and improve local visibility.
