About the Job
We are looking for "relationship managers – sales" who believe in and maintain long-term relationships with micro, medium, and small enterprise customers and go an extra mile in onboarding new customers and retaining old ones.Key Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of the team handling loan processing for applications received via channel partners
2. Manage the entire loan origination process from sourcing to disbursal
3. Understand client requirements, gather information, and process applications with a focus on customer experience
4. Promptly connect with customers and stay responsive throughout the processing
5. Appraise loan applications based on credit parameters to ensure quality
6. Ensure full compliance with internal frameworks and coordinate with documentation teams
7. Regularly liaise with credit risk, quality check, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing
8. Call customers to explain the loan procedure from lead to disbursal
9. Complete daily assigned tasks on time
10. Meet turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks for loan processing
11. Advise clients throughout the loan journey
