About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter/Outreach Specialist to join our marketing agency. Your role will be to conduct cold outreach to potential clients (via email, DM, LinkedIn, and more), qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, meaning your ability to build quick rapport and communicate clearly is crucial. We work with businesses in the US, UK, and other English-speaking countries, primarily in the service and e-commerce sectors.Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients via email, social media DMs, and LinkedIn.
2. Follow proven scripts and improve them based on responses.
3. Track conversations and leads in our CRM/Google Sheets.
4. Book appointments for discovery/sales calls.
5. Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
6. Collaborate with the internal team to optimize outreach performance.
