We are looking for an individual well-versed in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp & Adobe Photoshop, to join our dynamic team. 1. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts and plans that meet their needs and expectations
2. Utilize AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed architectural drawings and visualizations
3. Work on understanding site visit assessments to gather necessary information for project development
4. Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models, to clients for approval
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws throughout the design process
6. Work on staying updated on industry trends and advancements in software to continuously improve design techniques and efficiency
