About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build automations using n8n including webhooks, APIs, logic branches, retries, and conditionals
2. Create and optimize workflows inside Go High Level including pipelines, forms, triggers, SmartLists, and automations
3. Integrate and test voice flows in Retell AI using dynamic routing, webhook responses, and lead follow-up triggers
4. Connect APIs and webhook endpoints between platforms
5. Create internal SOPs for every automation
6. Troubleshoot and optimize failed workflows
7. Collaborate with the team to bring new automation ideas to life
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate hands-on experience with n8n or similar tools such as Zapier, Make, or Pipedream
2. Show strong understanding of webhooks, APIs, and JSON formatting
3. Handle Go High Level automations and CRM setup effectively
4. Exhibit familiarity with Retell AI or similar voice AI platforms (bonus for direct Retell experience)
5. Write or tweak API calls and understand request/response payloads
6. Maintain detail orientation and contribute to SOP documentation
7. Remain reliable and self-managed with strong problem-solving skills
8. Be available full-time (40 hrs/week) starting around 10 AM EST (flexible)

1. $400-$600/month based on experience
