About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Monitor and maintain batch-related records (daily attendance, assignments/tests, feedback, etc).
2. Ensure class materials and resources are distributed on time.
3. Ensure the students’ homework is corrected and feedback is given on the task.
4. Communicate class updates, changes, and announcements to students.
5. Provide regular reports and feedback about batch progress and student engagement to the Program Manager.
6. Ensure classes start and end on time and students follow classroom guidelines.
7. Facilitate the collection of student feedback and communicate it to the relevant team.
8. Assist students facing device-related or platform issues; help streamline assignment submission platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Google Drive, etc).
Work timings: about 4 to 5 dedicated hours per day, based on the batch timing. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed (may include weekends).
