About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and creative brand manager to lead the brand building and content strategy across multiple lifestyle brands in our portfolio. This role demands a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of digital and cultural trends, and a hands-on approach to content curation, social media, PR, and performance tracking. You’ll be the voice, strategist, and custodian of each brand's identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.Key Responsibilities:
A. Brand strategy & positioning:
1. Define and execute brand strategies tailored to each brand’s identity within the lifestyle vertical
2. Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer profiling, and trend analysis
3. Ensure distinct yet complementary positioning of each brand
B. Content curation & creative direction:
1. Lead ideation and curation of brand-aligned content calendars
2. Develop and manage visual moodboards for campaigns, lookbooks, and seasonal narratives
3. Guide graphic designers, photographers, and video teams to maintain brand aesthetics and storytelling
C. Social media & digital engagement:
1. Oversee daily social media execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Craft engaging content themes and oversee copy, captions, and content rollout
3. Monitor engagement metrics, grow community, and manage influencer collaborations
D. Management & analytics:
1. Track brand performance through KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions)
2. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to plan and evaluate paid campaigns
3. Analyze data to optimize strategy and report on brand health regularly
E. PR & external communications:
1. Build and manage PR strategy to secure consistent media presence across fashion, lifestyle, and digital platforms
2. Develop press kits, coordinate with agencies, and manage coverage timelines
