Key responsibilities:1. Assist the Regional Manager in day-to-day sales operations
2. Maintain sales staff performance records
3. Onboard & train 50 local business individuals (CloudMart)
4. Guide and support CloudMarts to ensure productivity
5. Ensure pre-orders are delivered within 2-3 days
6. Upload 50+ local products to the platform for nationwide visibility and sales
