About the Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Lead generation & prospecting:
1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
2. Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and virtual meetings to build a pipeline of potential clients

B. Client relationship management:
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the US and UK
2. Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored technology solutions

C. Sales strategy & execution:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
2. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes in collaboration with the technical and delivery teams

D. Collaboration & reporting:
1. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, delivery, marketing, and leadership) to ensure successful project onboarding and execution
2. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends

E. Market intelligence:
1. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our services
2. Provide feedback to the leadership and product teams to refine offerings and strategies

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/technology services sector.
3. Proven track record of acquiring and managing international clients, preferably in the US and UK markets.
4. Strong understanding of software development, cutting edge technologies like AI &Blockhain , IT services, or tech consulting business models.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
8. Flexibility to work in overlapping time zones with US/UK clients.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience in selling services like custom software development, web/app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
2. Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
3. Understanding of regulatory and business nuances in US and UK markets.
