About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contact prospective and existing clients via phone to share service information and address inquiries
2. Listen attentively to client concerns and questions with empathy and understanding
3. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and preferences
4. Collaborate with lactation experts and support staff to ensure smooth service delivery
5. Provide exceptional customer service to make clients feel comfortable and confident in their choice
Requirements:
1. Graduate
2. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
3. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English with a clear, empathetic phone manner
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Empathetic, patient, and supportive demeanor
7. Typing speed of 50 words per minute is desirable
