About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Foster strong relationships with community members to boost loyalty and trust.
Respond to questions, comments, and concerns across community platforms (forums, social media, Discord, etc.).
2. Encourage member participation and interaction through discussions, polls, and content.
3. Manage online communities on platforms
4. Identify and adopt new platforms or tools to improve the community experience.
5. Gather and report member feedback to internal teams (product, marketing, customer success), monitor sentiment and engagement trends to identify concerns or opportunities.
6. Build and execute a long-term community roadmap.
