Key Responsibilities:1. Contact potential clients internationally via telephone to promote and sell products or services.
2. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
4. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
5. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
6. Handle clients' queries and objections effectively.
7. Work closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales activities.
8. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
9. Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.
10. Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
