1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services through proactive market research.
3. Drive lead generation efforts and convert qualified leads into meetings and opportunities.
4. Understand client requirements, challenges, and hiring needs to effectively position the firm’s recruitment solutions.
5. Engage in consultative sales discussions with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers.
6. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
7. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities through CRM tools.
8. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery alignment with client expectations.
9. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
