About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive list building executive to support our sales and marketing teams by creating accurate, timely, and well-formatted prospect lists. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and comfortable working with structured data, ensuring quality and fast turnaround of lead lists.Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and build high-quality prospect lists based on defined criteria (e.g., industry, location, job title).
2. Handle, clean, and format raw data in Excel to meet delivery standards.
3. Validate and ensure the accuracy of contact information (emails, phone numbers, etc.).
4. Meet tight deadlines for list deliveries while maintaining data integrity.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand list requirements and feedback.
6. Maintain and update prospect databases as needed.
