About the Role:
This is a multi-faceted, dynamic, and people-centric role at the intersection of Customer Experience, Relationship Management, Business Development, and Sales Operations. You’ll be the voice of TyouharIndia to our customers, driving B2B, B2C, and D2C engagement, helping grow and nurture our customer base, ensuring every festive order is handled with joy and precision, and supporting operational excellence from inquiry to delivery.
You'll be working directly with the founder and core team, playing a key role in scaling a purpose-driven brand that’s redefining cultural commerce.
Key responsibilities:
1. Be the voice of the brand, engage with customers across social, WhatsApp and sales channels.
2. Guide customers throughout their purchase journey, making every interaction helpful and delightful.
3. Support post-sale experience, returns, and queries while gathering customer insights.
4. Follow up on leads and recover abandoned carts to maximize conversions.
5. Drive D2C, B2C, and B2B sales by generating, pitching, and closing leads. Yes, real sales hustle!
6. Pitch, onboard, and manage retail and B2B partners with flair.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order placement-to-delivery cycles.
8. Own B2B relationship management, including onboarding, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
9. Be the customer’s advocate, bridge the gap between customer expectations and internal action.
10. Build the CX knowledge base.
11. Create useful resources like CX playbooks, FAQs, and process documentation.
