About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming enquiries for music classes, conduct demos with teachers and get bookings.
2. Once students have booked their online classes, the CSE will assist them in onboarding on the platform and getting started with their classes.
3. Engage with students and teachers on an ongoing basis to ensure that classes are conducted smoothly.
4. Handle any scheduling issues.
5. Maintain communication with students throughout and encourage renewals.
