As a Customer Service Executive at Caripath International Academy, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our students and parents. Your role will involve answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Assist with enrollment and registration processes
5. Provide information to customers about courses, schedules, and fees
6. Use MS Office and MS Excel to track and analyze customer data
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
