About the Job
Robin is your everyday AI-powered sidekick, helping people handle life's to-do list — from scheduling handyman visits to figuring out kid's birthday party planning. We're looking for someone who can step in when a customer asks Robin for help, and make sure that help actually happens. That's where you come in.Key responsibilities:
What you'll be doing:
You'll be the magic behind the scenes — picking up where the AI leaves off. When a customer tells Robin, "Hey, book a plumber for my leaky sink," and it needs a human touch, you'll jump in, figure it out, and get it done. Sometimes that's calling up vendors, sometimes it's creative Googling, sometimes it's just being incredibly resourceful and persistent.
You'll:
* Help customers with real-world tasks they delegate through Robin.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically — whether that's over email, chat, or phone call.
* Problem-solve like a detective and hustle like a startup founder.
What you bring to the table:
* Excellent communication skills [English, Hindi,...].
* Empathy for customers and a genuine desire to help.
* A "let me figure this out" attitude. You're scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to cold-call a curtain-cleaning service.
* Tech-savviness — if you can wrangle Google search, ChatGPT, booking forms, and so on, you're golden.
* Creativity, hustle, and the occasional genius shortcut.
