Key responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and manage social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
2. Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos or reels
3. Propose innovative viral-worthy reel concepts to maximize organic reach
4. Apply advanced strategies and deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm to boost organic reach, engagement, and visibility
5. Design and execute lead generation campaigns through Instagram, YouTube, and email marketing
6. Manage email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance client engagement
7. Handle cold calls and conduct direct outreach on social media platforms
8. Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize content and campaign results
