About the Job
Position: Digital Marketing & Creative Analyst.We scale DTC brands on Shopify. Great media buying is half the battle - the other half is relentless creative testing and insight-driven iteration. You’ll own both.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Creative Analysis
1. Pull and compare ad-level metrics (thumb-stop %, hook/drop-off, CTR) across Meta & Google
2. Translate numbers into clear “keep/kill/iterate” decisions for designers
3. Build rapid test calendars (new angles, hooks, thumbnails)
B. Meta Ads
1. Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across TOF, MOF, BOF
2. Test audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to hit CPA/ROAS targets in Google Ads
3. Own Search, Shopping, Display remarketing funnels
C. Manage Landing Pages & CRO
1. Brief and spin up landing pages in Shopify
2. A/B test headlines, creatives, and offers; report wins every sprint
D. Reporting & Insights
Present weekly learnings + next actions to founders and clients
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years running Meta and Google campaigns for DTC brands
2. Proven track record hitting ROAS / CPA goals on budgets ≥ ₹5 L per month
3. Comfortable dissecting creative performance (hook rates, watch-through, etc.)
4. Hands-on with page builders and basic HTML/CSS (no-code is fine)
5. GA4, Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and spreadsheet proficiency
6. Clear written & verbal communication—can explain insights in plain English
7. Self-starter who ships tests fast and learns faster
